Digital Products (Starter Kit)

The Hot Rig Owner-Operator Starter Kit is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all Starter Kit sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your purchase, contact support@hotrig.vip and we'll resolve it immediately.

Subscription Plans

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Shipper Plan, Premium Driver Plan), you may cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Platform downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours
  • Other extenuating circumstances

To request a refund under these exceptions, email support@hotrig.vip with your account details and a description of the issue. We review all requests within 2 business days.
